Sesame Oil naturally contains various fatty acids, including oleic, linoleic, palmitic and stearic acids.
It also contains valuable plant compounds, including sesamin, sesamolin and sesamol. Sesamol is a naturally occurring antioxidant characteristic of sesame seeds and sesame oil.
